We build verified, decision-maker-level customer databases of your ideal clients — enriched with company profiles, industry data, and strategic fit analysis, ready to use from day one.
Anyone can buy a database. We build yours from scratch. Our specialists manually research and filter every target group — so the customer data we hand you is not recycled from a global directory, but built specifically around your offer, your industry, and the markets you want to enter.
In 2017, when Showerpucksandballs approached our international sales team, the challenge was immediately clear — this was not a standard B2B outreach project. To sell their merchandising products to professional football clubs across Germany and Spain, we first had to build a customer data foundation from scratch: identifying the marketing departments of every club in the German Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga, as well as the Spanish La Liga and LaLiga 2 — four leagues, dozens of clubs, and the right decision-maker contact at each one.
There was no ready-made directory for this. Our specialists manually researched, filtered, and verified every contact — mapping the marketing structures of each club individually, identifying the right decision-makers by name and role, and building a verified customer data resource that our sales team could use for targeted, personal cold outreach.
The results justified every hour of that research. We successfully reached 80% of all targeted clubs across both countries — and opened direct negotiations with some of the most recognised names in European football, including Real Madrid and Real Betis. The collaboration went beyond an introduction: Real Betis received Showerpucksandballs products as part of a pilot project — a direct result of the trust built through our persistent, personally executed outreach process.
When NORRIV — a Slovak company developing and installing AI-powered holographic systems — approached our international sales team, the brief was unlike anything we had handled before. They needed a verified customer data foundation covering the world's largest airports across three continents — Europe, North America, and Asia — and a sales process to match. For our customer data specialists, this was not just a project. It was a challenge we genuinely welcomed.
Building this database required a fundamentally different approach in each region. In Europe, we identified and mapped the decision-making structures of airports across our 14 active markets — researching the right contacts individually, verifying each one, and building a customer data resource that gave our sales team direct access to the people who make purchasing decisions at the continent's leading airports. The result: we successfully reached 90% of all targeted European airports through personal, structured outreach.
North America presented a different complexity — many of the largest airports are operated not by the airports themselves but by the infrastructure companies and government bodies behind them. Our specialists tracked down and mapped those operators, building a verified customer data layer that went beyond the airport name and identified the real decision-makers behind each facility.
China was the most complex and the most rewarding. With nearly 300 international airports represented collectively by a single government body, we worked through our affiliate partner to open direct negotiations with a representative of the Chinese government — a conversation that no cold email or purchased database could ever have generated.
This project embodies what our customer data team does best: the target groups that are hardest to find are the ones we pursue most deliberately. Every complex database we build makes our specialists sharper, faster, and more resourceful — and the results speak for themselves.
