General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern the rights and obligations of Reform PRODUCTS & SERVICES Kft. (Dózsa György u. 11, 2724 Újlengyel, Hungary, Tax Number: 23884993113, Current Company Registration Number: 13 09 185305) and Reform PRODUCTS & SERVICES s.r.o. (Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 83106 Bratislava, Slovakia, Company ID (IČO): 45 000 611, Tax ID (DIČ): 2022907491, VAT ID (IČ DPH): SK2022907491), hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Service Provider”, and the users of the content of the website (the “User”).

2. Subject of the Service

The Service Provider ensures the sale of the services available on its website in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Ordering and Conclusion of the Contract

The User may place an order by entering into a contract with the Service Provider.
The order becomes valid and effective upon the bilateral signing of the contract by both parties.

4. Prices and Payment

The prices are indicated in Hungarian Forints (HUF) or Euros (EUR) and do not include VAT.
Payment may be made via bank transfer.

5. Data Protection

The Service Provider processes the User’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

6. Liability

The Service Provider shall be liable for damages only to the extent resulting from its own fault, as permitted by applicable law.

7. Dispute Resolution

The parties shall primarily attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not lead to a resolution, the courts specified in the contract shall have jurisdiction.

8. Final Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force upon their publication on the website.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and shall inform the Users of any such changes.
